KF Knife Ovens 240V Operation The KF Series offers the knife maker the size and power to take on any heat treating opportunity. Features like the swing-out door and cool-touch handle make working in the heat cool and comfortable. Full stainless jackets and corner mounted hinge assemblies mean they're built for life. Add to this a variety of depth and control options and you'll see why the KF Series has been so well received. Currently the KF 18 is the most popular model followed closely by the KF 22.5. For those needing extreme depths we can build your KF up to 49.5" deep. Our KF ovens are stock equipped with our exclusive Set-Pro, three button control. It's very easy to use. If you need more than 4 programs or like the idea of a numerical keypad ask for our optional Rampmaster control. |

 Our MK 2 Blade Fixture was designed specifically to fit our KF line of knife ovens. They're well designed and provide ample space for foil inflation while being absolutely rock solid and stable. You won't have to work around these and they certainly won't fall over. They're like no other blade fixtures available. |

KF Features The KF Series is most often ordered with our Set-Pro, 3 button control. The Set-Pro offers 4 programs with up to 8 segments per program. Programming is easy and not difficult to master. |

KF Features The KF Series is also available with our Rampmaster full featured control. The Rampmaster is preferred by many heat treaters as it offers 12 programs, numerical keypad. The Rampmaster is now equipped with special alarms that indicate when process temperature hold has been reached and when it has ended. These alarms are great additions that let you know when its time to act. |

KF Features Side Opening Door Working in the heat is fun, trying to avoid it isn’t. Doors that swing down throw off massive amounts of heat just below the chamber entrance. Our side hinged doors swing out to the left to keep the heat away for more cool and comfortable use. It’s an excellent design choice that makes all the difference. |

KF Features Cool & Comfortable Door Handle The handle on our swing out door is conveniently located at the front of the door, not hidden along the side. This spring loaded, phenolic handle is cool to the touch, is one-handed in design and serves as the door latch as well. |

KF Features Full Stainless Jacket Multi-section ovens are designed to lower production costs for the oven manufacturer. It's a worthy goal but it comes at the cost of oven quality. It’s a trade off we’re not willing to make. We build our KF ovens with full stainless jackets from front to back. Full jackets mean absolutely solid, life extending construction. There are no leaks, no shifting, no buckles and no weakness. Insist on Full Stainless Jackets for true build quality. |

KF Features Corner Mounting Technique The corners of the oven body and door provide excellent strength for mounting. The flat sides of the oven don’t offer this strength. We install our load bearing hinge brackets on these corners for this very reason. Longer life, high reliability: solid design makes a difference. |

KF Features Power Interrupt Switch Option All KF Series Ovens are available with our Power Interrupt Option (a.k.a. door switch). The Power Interrupt automatically removes power from all heating elements as the door is opened and reapplies power as the door is closed. The switch used for this feature is a true safety switch and is designed specifically for safety applications. The choice of this switch adds an additional level of safety and security not found in ordinary “safety” switches. |

KF Features Responsive Thermocouples Our thermocouples (temperature sensors) are chosen for their quick response and reliable performance. Our standard thermocouple is a Type K. Type S thermocouples are available by request on Rampmaster equipped ovens at additional charge. |

We offer our KF Series knife ovens
in three standard sizes. All models utilize chambers that are 10” wide x 6.5” tall.
The KF 13.5 is 13.5" deep, the KF 18 is 18" and the KF 22.5 is 22.5" deep. We also offer to
build our KF models in extreme depths up to 49.5". If you have need for such an

The KF Series is designed
